I provide legal services for foreigners in all matters related to legalization of residence, legalization of work, as well as obtaining Polish citizenship.

The scope of services includes, in particular, representation before the competent voivodship offices in cases for a temporary residence permit (e.g. for the purpose of performing work, due to studies, for conducting business activity, for the purpose of staying with family), permit for a permanent residence, residence permit for a long-term resident of the European Union or in matters of registration the residence of European Union citizens.

I also offer the possibility of conducting a legal analysis in the field of legality of a foreigner’s stay and work in Poland, as well as representation of foreigners in cases related to deportation and appeals against negative decisions issued in the course of individual administrative procedures.

I help entities employing foreigners in obtaining documentation that allows them to legally entrust work to foreigners, with particular emphasis on obtaining work permits and registering employer’s declarations.
