The establishment and operation of business entities in Poland requires the fulfillment of numerous requirements set by the legislator. Knowledge of the regulations helps in conducting commercial transactions with contractors, in employing employees, co-workers, in debt collection or in fulfilling the obligations to report certain changes to the registers.

I support entrepreneurs, among others, by providing legal services in the field of establishing and transforming business entities, by advising in the selection of the appropriate form of business, as well as helping in the preparation of incorporation documents and representing clients before registration authorities.

The scope of my services also includes ongoing support for entrepreneurs, including, among others, advising in the process of concluding commercial transactions, giving opinions and drafting contracts or debt collection, general meetings, meetings of the management board and supervisory boards.
